Chief Executive Officer
Eswar has over 30 years of IT, entrepreneurship, and leadership experience. Before Quantaleap, he held advisory roles to several startups and helped to grow their business. He has deep experience in providing technology solutions for renewable energy and telecom industry. He managed large teams and critical technology projects for SunEdison, Persistent Systems and Tech Mahindra.

Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Satish is a tech entrepreneur and leader with over 25 years of experience in high-tech, supply chain, telecom, banking, government & utilities. He has successfully built and led large global teams, driving engineering, strategy & execution across diverse domains. His expertise includes AI, big data, mobile & web applications, cloud, SaaS, wearables & IoT, where he has developed world-class systems that deliver impactful results.
Dr. Joerg Stimmer
Business Head - Europe
Joerg is ramping up Quantaleap’s footprint in Europe. He has for many years been responsible for Global Sourcing projects from both the supplier side and customer side. Organisations he has run projects for include Siemens, Telesens and Bertelsmann Financial Services (now Arvato Finance) as well as ImmobilienScout24/AutoScout24. He is highly experienced in Software services, online/e-commerce and served as Vice President for Central Europe of Tech Mahindra for many years, before founding a venture capital supported startup with a SaaS product suite.
In addition to a longstanding experience in telecom and IT services, Joerg has a second area of expertise in eMobility supporting E.ON Drive in market entry and business development for Austria and Switzerland.

Adrian has over 35 years of experience in technology, business and IT sourcing. He has past experience in technology provider, business management and consultancy has been responsible for a range of Global Sourcing strategies and projects. His past customers include AstraZeneca, Barclaycard, MoD, UK Government, Nokia, Fortum, Siemens Rail, GSK. He is highly experienced Sourcing Advisor and has served as Vice President Sourcing Consulting for Gartner and Managing Partner, Europe for Avasant. International Standards development for ISO / BSI – Collaborative Business Relationship Management (ISO 44001) and chaired ISO committee Guidance on Outsourcing (ISO 37500). Admitted to the IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame for services to the outsourcing industry.
